Minnesota Hockey hosted national coaching education training in July

From Minnesota Hockey:

From July 20-22, Minnesota Hockey hosted 75 hockey coaching leaders from across the United States in Bloomington and Edina for a weekend of high level on-ice and off-ice training and education. The weekend was designed to better equip our country’s hockey coaching leaders so they can share what they learned with the coaches from their respective districts. Those in attendance included the USA Hockey Coach-in-Chief, several District Coach-in-Chiefs, and many CEP instructors.

“It was very motivating to be with so many people that share the goal of providing the most effective methods of training our young hockey players,” said Christian Koelling, USA Hockey Coach-in-Chief for the Minnesota District. “It was also rewarding to hear how respected and envied the community-based development model in Minnesota is from hockey people from all across the country.”
