Another book to add to the hockey library, this one with an added bonus.

Hal Tearse recently completed a 105-page collection book of articles he has authored through the past eight years, focusing on coaching, teaching, playing and loving the game of hockey.

To further engulf Tearse's passion for the sport of hockey he decided that 100 percent of the book's profits will go directly to Defending the Blue Line, the nationwide non-profit organization that helps the children of military families afford to play hockey.

Thoughts from the Bench can be purchased on Amazon.com for $4.95 as an e-reader for Kindle and can be read on any computer. Tearse said the goal is to raise $25,000 for Defending the Blue Line through the book's profits, so  be sure to order your copy today.
